Research Use Only (RUO) Declaration

1. Purpose

All materials offered by Rierink Compounds are sold exclusively for scientific, in vitro, or laboratory research (Research Use Only). They are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, cure, or prevention of any disease in humans or animals.

Handling stays with qualified laboratory personnel. Placing an order is a statement that the order is for that research use.

2. Classification

These materials are not medicines, cosmetics, food, food additives, or diagnostic products. They are not for human or veterinary use, including ingestion or any other form of administration.

3. Form, certificate, and calculator

Peptides and related solids are lyophilized powders. They are supplied unreconstituted. A product record may name one companion reagent, BAC water or antibacterial water. That link identifies the reagent. It is not a preparation instruction. Preparation remains with the receiving laboratory.

A certificate of analysis describes a lot. It can confirm the identity of a sample that was tested and any result the laboratory actually printed. It is not a medicine authorisation. Unless the document says so, it does not prove sterility, endotoxin level, or that a later vial is the tested sample.

The reconstitution calculator divides a mass by a diluent volume that you enter. That arithmetic is a concentration and a draw volume. It is not a dose, not a protocol, and not an administration step. Rierink does not publish recommended quantities or administration steps.

4. Buyer warranties

By placing an order on this shop, the buyer declares and warrants that they:

1. Are at least 18 years old under the law of the country where they reside.
2. Are acquiring the materials solely for scientific or laboratory research, conducted by qualified personnel.
3. Will not introduce the materials into the human or animal food supply, or into the pharmaceutical supply.
4. Accept legal responsibility for the use, handling, and storage of the materials under the law that applies where they are.

5. Right of refusal

Rierink Compounds may refuse an order that, in its reasonable judgment, does not comply with this declaration.

6. Liability

Rierink Compounds is not liable for misuse of a material, or for a decision taken from the catalog, a certificate, the calculator, or the blog, except where a mandatory right cannot be waived. The receiving laboratory decides whether it may hold and use a material, and it performs its own checks.

7. Closing notice

Human use is prohibited. Animal use is prohibited. The materials on this shop are for laboratory research only.
